Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands.

Tune-Up Package Options

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Disclaimer: All service prices quoted are for labour rates only and do not cover the costs of new components, shop supplies, and applicable taxes. We will provide an estimate upon bicycle drop off and will call for confirmation regarding any services not originally quoted. We reserve the right to refuse service and adjust pricing.  We guarantee our workmanship, but any issues must be reported within 14 days after bicycle pick up. Bicycles left for over 30 days after completion will incur a $5/day storage fee. Bicycles left for over 60 days will be donated or recycled.

E-Bikes: Please note that at this time, we are only able to service E-Bikes with Bosch, Brose, Shimano, Specialized, and Hydrive electronic systems. This is due to both certification and insurance reasons. Please read the details below. 

Certification: We are not certified to work on any other electronic systems. We have to regularly take update courses to stay certified. This means we will continue to have access to diagnostic software and E-Bike specific components. These update courses will also give us insight into new firmware and products. We have no experience working on any other electronic systems, nor do we have access to parts. If you have any issues related to the electronics that are not listed above, please contact the dealer you purchased your bike from.

Insurance: We also can't do any mechanical work to E-Bikes with any other electronic system. This includes any repair such as tube installs, brake adjustments, gear adjustments, etc. This is because we are not insured to work on these E-Bikes. Unfortunately, the insurance premiums and risks are too high. If you have any mechanical issues with your E-Bike that does not have one of the above listed electronic systems, please contact the dealer you purchased your bike from.

Home Bike Repair 

We recommend having a few products at home to help you maintain your bike between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants, cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop in-store or online.
